If you are interested in potentially building with us, we would love to meet you! We can get to know each other and chat about your wants and needs. If you already have house plans drawn, we can go over those. If you do not have house plans drawn, we can brainstorm ideas together and get the process started.

If you are interested in our design services, we would begin the design process. Please see ‘Design’ under the ‘Services’ tab.

We will provide a detailed quote of what the project will cost and meet again. If you are happy with the quote, we will decide with you when works best to start and begin the construction process.

We will begin your project on the agreed upon start date. You will be kept in the loop through scheduled walk-throughs where you will have the opportunity to ask questions and address any concerns.

We will give you a final walk through and keys to your new home! Time to celebrate!
